• PAYG Employee
• 2 most recent and consecutive Payslips
• Most recent PAYG Payment Summary (Group Certificate)
• Tax Assessment Notice

• 2 most recent years complete Financials
• 2 most recent years Tax returns for Business and Individual

• Copy of Lease Agreement or 3 months statements from Managing Agent showing Gross Rent received.

• Most recent statement for all Credit Cards and Personal Loans/Leases.

• 6 months statements of all mortgage facilities to be refinanced and 3 months statements of any facilities to be consolidated
• 3 months Transaction Account statements for your salary payment accounts.
• If a purchase with minimum deposit, 3 months statements showing 5% of the purchase price being saved or held for this period.
• Note: Internet statements are acceptable supported by one original showing the same account numbers and your names.
