Every year, the good people at MPA Magazine analyse the work of Australia’s new-to-industry brokers and choose 30 of the best performers for their Young Guns list. Only brokers under the age of 35 with less than two years of experience are eligible, and those who make it onto the list must have written more than $15m in loans over the previous 12 months.
You’ll agree that these criteria represent a tall order for a new-to-industry broker. Building a client base and successfully turning it into a consistent revenue flow takes time and a great deal of effort and dedication. What’s more, with the industry growing by over a thousand brokers a year, the competition for new-to-industry brokers can only be described as tough!
This year Connective is very proud to see four of our young brokers make it onto the MPA Young Guns list. Please join us in congratulating the following rising stars of our industry:
Well done and congratulations! We will be watching your progress and look forward to seeing you achieve many more great things in the years ahead.
