We’ve cut our owner-occupied 3-year fixed home loan rate by 75 basis points (LVR between 80% and 90%) and 3-year fixed residential investor rate by 60 basis points (LVR <= 80%). Other fixed-rate loans will decrease by 15 to 40 basis points. In addition to the move on fixed rates, we’ve also decreased our variable residential investment loan rates by 20 basis points.
