Records tumble at Connective Home Loans

March was an amazing month for Connective Home Loans. For the first time ever, we exceeded $300m in settlements in one month! That’s THREE HUNDRED MILLION folks! Wow!

Application submission numbers were through the roof across the entire month of March, but we hit several notable record milestones:

• On April 12, we had a massive 32 applications nationally, exceeding $22m in one day, which is a new record for Connective Home Loans.

• Team NSW submitted 17 of these applications, for over $13.6m which is also a new record for a single day’s work by one state. Well done everyone!

Move over majors!

These figures are truly indicative of the quality of the Connective Home Loans product range, and of our genuinely excellent service standards. March was the busiest month to date, and our team didn’t miss a beat, turning around applications and approvals in record time so our brokers could deliver for their customers.

I’m delighted to announce that Donna Starkey and Peter Rudd will be the new BDM’s for Connective Home Loans Essentials in WA.  We would like to thank Wendy Goddard and Rachael Warne, who have provided us with fantastic support over the last 12 months.
