Consumer Credit Policy changes

Westpac is committed to meeting its responsible lending obligations and supporting our customers into their homes. Effective Friday 9 October 2020, the floor rate is decreasing from 5.35% p.a. to 5.05% p.a. These changes will impact the Serviceability Assessment Rate (SAR) that is used for serviceability assessments.
