Interest Rates – Fixed Rate Home Loan LVR Discount

Effective Monday 15 February 2021, ANZ is introducing a Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) discount available for Fixed Rate home loans with an LVR of up to, and including, 80.00%. Customers with an LVR of 80.00% or lower will receive an additional 0.05% p.a. LVR discount on their Fixed Rate loan.
