A decrease in variable rates at ME

ME is reducing some of its variable home loan rates for new owner occupiers paying P&I.

Effective from Friday 12 November 2021, ME will be decreasing its variable interest rates available in the Flexible Home Loan with Member Package¹ for owner occupiers paying principal and interest. These lower variable rates are applicable for new applications only and for the following LVRs.
