Borrowing Capacity Calculator Update – it has more lenders!

The Borrowing Capacity Calculator in Mercury 5 has been updated with some great new features:

• New lenders added for both Owner Occupier & Investment loans.

• Negative gearing* enabled for existing investment properties. To make the calculations work correctly, you will need to associate any rental income to the relevant investment property. To make it easy, we’ve added a new ‘Real Estate’ section at the bottom of the calculator.
• A New ‘Issues’ Icon   will appear if there is a discrepancy between the result and the lender’s calculator. (ie HEM changes).
