Changes in Investment Lending

The maximum LVR is reducing to 50% for all new investment property loans. This change is effective from 21 June 2017 for all (non SMSF) investment property loans and 1 July 2017 for all SMSF loans. The variable interest rates for all investment property loans is increasing by 0.35% p.a. New business rates are effective from 23 June 2017 and existing business rates are effective from 26 June 2017.
