Get $1,500 Cashback for your customers on OFI Refinances with Bankwest!

From now until Friday, 1 June, as a reward for bringing both new Owner Occupier and Investor lending to Bankwest from an OFI lender, eligible customers will receive $1,500 cashback into their account when they refinance to a Complete Home Loan Package (CHLP). Cashback timing will be dependent on when the home loans are applied for and disbursed.

The application criteria:

• Refinance: Only for applications related to OFI Refinances to Bankwest. CBA excluded.
• Purpose: Only offered to customers that are applying for both OOC and INV home loans.
• Application detail:If submitting separate applications, the Applicant Name/s will need to be the same on all deals. Single application is still acceptable.
• Package only: Complete Variable, Complete Fixed, and Complete Equity products
• Loan size: Minimum aggregate amount >$200k
• Repayment: OOC lending to be P&I only, however INV can be either P&I or I/O
• LVR: <80% on all loans included in the application
