Mercury Foundations: Setting up New Users in Mercury

Mercury Foundations is a new training video designed to get your new staff members up and running with Mercury! We’ve now included it with our New User Set-Up in Mercury as a short course and quiz.

What is changing?
From March 13, when you set up a New User in Mercury, they will be required to watch a 5-minute video and successfully complete a short quiz before their account is activated.

When a new account is created, the system will automatically send the New User an invitation to complete the Mercury Foundations Overview. Once completed, they will be able to access Mercury – you won’t have to do a thing!

Why is the process changing?
Mercury Foundations will help your New User understand the basics of Mercury, where to find any additional information they need and save you time on training.
