Email Validation

We’ve improved email validation in Mercury! When you enter your customer’s email address, Mercury will now flag an invalid address before you save the record. This will enable you to check the correct address with your client right away and avoid miscommunication later.

When sending out a bulk email to your customers, Mercury will also flag any invalid email addresses that are imported during a bulk import. These will be flagged as ‘bounced’. The invalid email addresses must then be updated before Mercury sends your bulk email.

Managing Opportunity Records

The Mercury Team has made an update to the section in Mercury where you can record a client’s Assets and Liabilities in the Opportunity Record. When the “clearing from this loan” checkbox is ticked in the “existing mortgage” section of real estate assets, this loan amount will not be pulled across to the borrowing capacity calculator. This will make it easier to calculate the borrowing capacity for your client’s next loan.

Mercury Email Signatures

The working space when editing your Mercury email signature has been increased in size. This will allow you to have more viewing room and working space so you can construct and edit your signature more effectively.

Don’t forget that using the full screen button  will give you even more room to edit!
