Temporary Halt to Investor Lending

Heritage Bank will temporarily stop accepting new applications for investment home loans, to ensure we stay within APRA requirements. Changes in Owner Occupier interest rates and No application fee on eligible owner occupier loans effective Friday, 1 September.
