Updates to the Credit Guide

To comply with the Australian Banking Association’s new Banking Code of Practice we have updated our Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement to include sensitive information. Our changes are aligned with the changes made by the MFAA.

What do you need to do?

If you are using the MASTER Credit Guide template these changes will automatically populate.

If you are not using the MASTER Credit Guide template because you have made changes, then you need to update the Privacy Statement section in your Credit Guide.

Instructions to update your Credit Guide can be found here. 

For our Credit Representatives, you will need to update the Privacy Policy on your website and any other consumer facing platform. The updated Privacy Policy can be found here.
